A carved pair of eagles on their original beautifully weathered shaped pedestals. Dated 1776.

Ketton stone comes from quarries near the village of Ketton in Rutland, England. It is a Limestone that has been quarried since Roman times and is used as a building stone throughout the UK.

We acquired them from the historic Quenby Hall, Leicester.

H 150cm x 55cm. Bases 45cm Sq.
